Remember that the filing deadline for S-corps is the 15th day of the third month following the close of its tax year. March 15, 2010 is the filing deadline if your tax year ends on 12/31/09. If you haven't organized your paperwork yet, it's a good time to wrap that up and get it to your professional tax preparer.
